- A place to start. Read each product's guidance and begin low. The strains here run gentlest to strongest: Hillbilly Pumpkin, Ecuadorian, Albino MVP, then Tidal Wave. Save the Tidal Wave for after you've met the others, and start with less than you'd expect. Not for use while pregnant or nursing, or before driving or operating machinery.
