Where to start

Four mushrooms, each with its own character. Here's the plain version of what each is like, and where most people begin.

If you want the gentlest way in

Hillbilly Pumpkin

WarmUpliftingSocial

Warm and light. Social, easy to be around, and manageable rather than intense. It's where most people begin, and potency varies from fruit to fruit, so start low.

Start with Twilight or Eclipse.

If you want to stay clear and grounded

Ecuadorian

GroundedClearIntrospective

Clear-headed and calm instead of heavily visual. Steady and grounded, good for quiet, intentional reflection.

Find it in Dried Fruits or the Sampler.

If you want something ceremonial

Pakalensis

ExpressiveCeremonialIlluminating

Emotionally open and rich, with a ceremonial depth from its lineage near Palenque. Immersive but not overwhelming.

Find it in Dried Fruits or the Sampler.

And one that won't shift your state

If you just want focus

Lion's Mane

FocusFunctional

Not one of the sacred three, and it won't shift your state. A functional mushroom for focus and nervous-system support. We grow it alongside the others and pair it into Twilight.

Find it in Twilight.

Want the whole range? The Sampler has all of it.

Grounded in evidence

Ancient practice, modern research

These mushrooms have been used as medicine and sacrament for thousands of years, and today they are the focus of serious modern research. People come to them for different reasons: a clearer head, a calmer body, steadier focus, or a deeper sense of connection.

We think the honest place to begin is understanding what they are and how to approach them with care. That is why we lead with education, not hype.

From our farm

About Luna

We are farmers and stewards in the Sierra Foothills, growing above the Yuba River. We tend every mushroom here by hand, from culture to harvest, shaped by the granite, cold water, and mountain light of this place.

We grow with intention and sell only what we grow. No middlemen and no hype, just honest medicine and the care it deserves.
